Security Research Agenda

FIRE collected requirements, needs and interests from Trustworthy ICT users, industry providers and researchers throughout Europe, aiming to provide input to the development of a Research Agenda in Trustworthy ICT, Cybersecurity and related in Europe and the European Member States.

  • Analyse existing EU activities (studies, RTD, implementation measures, pilots) to understand societal impact of ICT and how legal/privacy issues affect business opportunities.
  • Identify the main priority research and innovation areas, the key RTD and financial players, infrastructures and facilities.
  • Help businesses develop effective business strategies that address societal concerns.
  • Involve regional key stakeholders from public sector or RTO, academia and industry, to provide input for the identification of the research activities in the region

The Research Agenda is a report cointaing requirements, needs and interests from Trustworthy ICT users, industry providers and researchers throughout Europe. Its aim is provide recommendations for an EU research agenda in Trustworthy ICT, including recommendations for joint research and information exchange programmes at pan-cluster and EU level and recommendations for a pan-cluster strategy.
